The First Tee of NWA offers its Golf and Life Skills Programming to youth ages 7 to 17.

We seek to instill a “love of the game” of golf in our participants, so that they can continue to enjoy the sport for a lifetime. We are proud of our “More than a Game” identity, however. It is just as important to us that our participants learn valuable life lessons and life skills while they are in our program.

Our program is established to fit the busy schedules of today. Your participant will enjoy, and gain much, by attending class in every session. However, our “pay as you go” registration allows our participants to be involved in baseball and/or soccer and join us as their schedule allows – and still have fun and gain much.

A session will offer classes that will meet once a week for the four week session. Classes will be offered for ages 7 to 9, and 10 and over. Participants will register for one or more classes in each session.

By the involvement of our investors and our Associate Members, our class fees are quite reasonable. Our PLAYer classes (ages 7 to 9) are $15.00 per session, while our Certification classes (10 and over) our $20.00 per session. You must be a member of The First Tee of NWA to register for classes. Scholarships are available, as are discounts for families with three or more children in a session.

Classes in Session 1 will be available at the Tyson Foods Learning Center only. During Sessions 2 thhrough 5, classes will be offered in Bella Vista (Tanyard Creek), Fayetteville (Stonebridge Meadows), and the Learning Center. Class locations for Session 6 will be determined at a later date. Classes for Session 7 will be available at the Learning Center only.
